9th Bar Coffee Co. was established in 2014 in Dunedin, FL. As one of the oldest specialty coffee shops in Pinellas County, we have proudly made good coffee for almost 10 years. In 2022 we opened our 2nd location in Palm Harbor, FL. We are happy to announce 9th Bar Coffee – Palm Harbor is now open and making good coffee for the good people of Palm Harbor.

We work directly with a nationally recognized, award-winning local roaster to get the perfect blend for our house blend, Bar Blend. Sourced from the best farms from all over the world, we strive to provide the highest quality specialty coffee in Palm Harbor and Pinellas County.

From our organic home-made syrups and chai tea, to our carefully selected milk that’s balanced and doesn’t distract from the coffee flavor, we really try to go the extra mile to deliver the best tasting coffee to Palm Harbor and the surrounding Pinellas County area.

From our La Marzocco Linea classic espresso workhorse to our precision twin Mahlkonig K30 grinders, we know that great coffee starts with great equipment. We still dial in our coffee at least once per day but keeping our great coffee consistent is a lot easier with the right gear.

At 9th Bar Coffee – Palm Harbor, we get our coffee beans immediately after roasting and use them the next day. We will never keep beans over two weeks because we won’t serve coffee once the oils are rancid to ensure the coffee has the highest concentration of anti-oxidants and maintains its complex aroma and flavor profile.
